"First time ordering take out. The lady at register was not the most welcoming. Gave me a feeling she was dreading being there. My pickup was missing a drink and i was waiting for someone to come back at the register so i can ask for my drinks. She looked at me and she looked surprised i haven’t left yet with my food. Told her i was missing my drinks, she looked at the receipt and grabbed my drinks that was waiting in the counter by the drive thru window. It was a neutral experience but somewhat not pleasant. Food was as good as fast food gets though"

"I don't go to KFC often, but when I do it never disappoints. The staff here is always friendly and the sitting room is beautiful. Way better than I ever had seen in others. Clean and decorated. Pricing is pretty high compared to other chicken places around."

"Really bad custumer service. fries went fresh or filled it was half Empty spent $11 and i ask her for one Buffalo ranch, and she wanted to charge me 25 cents. The lady that works at the window really seems like she hates her job and Famous bowl only had 4 pieces of chicken"

"I was pleased with my visit to this new KFC. I arrived at 10:15pm when the dining room was closed, so I use the drive-thru. The woman taking orders and payments was polite, spoke very clear and was on top of her game. I received my order with minimal wait time and everything was correct."
