"I used to go to this DD going to work but had to stip due to the wait, litterally EVERYTIME i hv2 pull up but today the request i pull to the side of the drive thru, there plenty of staff BUT the timing is ridiculous, i have NEVER pulled to the window and receive my order. Staff is great but times r awful. 1 small coffee and a croissant and i always hv to wait > 7-10 minutes. And it could be 5:30 am or after 7 pm, same thing."

"I never write reviews — because I work in the service industry too and all places have their off days — but this location is continuously missing the mark. I come here because it’s the closest but now I may start making coffee at home. The drive thru line takes 20-30 minutes every morning with almost no other customers. The employees also verbally shows discontent about orders and prepping them. Constantly have to redo a simple order because they don’t care enough to listen. I wholeheartedly believe the people who work there don’t want to be there. Close the location tbh"

"If I could rate this store a ZERO . I would. The service here is so terrible and the workers always have an attitude. Poor customer services and the food isn’t cooked. I’ve been waiting in the drive through for about 20min now at the intercom minding you it’s slow today. The customer rep had me waiting to tell me she will be taking the orders at the window which slows down the services for customers. If you can speak into the intercom you can also take peoples order. This DD has lost a loyal customer due to terrible services. I will no longer invest any money here. I rather invest my money elsewhere respectfully! Don’t order from here!"

"I don’t even write reviews!!!!On this very day I am truly disgusted with the service I received. I go to this location every morning and is usually treated with so much care and respect. But on this Sunday afternoon 9/3/23 at 12:30 I received burned nasty cold food .. they got my order wrong not one but three times. The lady in drive-through wanted to argue with me because I told her that that was the second time they had messed up my order I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with sweet tea. The first time she gave me a strawberry Colatta, and the second time I received a strawberry refresher with green tea in which I returned it, and asked if she could use sweet tea as I requested the drink was snatched out of my hand, and she threw a fit right there in front of the manager, and the manager stood there and said nothing just shook her head. You would think after paying $40 at a place that I love so much that I would be treated better. Who knows maybe this young lady was having a bad day, but I even expressed to her that I did not know why she was upset and that I just wanted what I order to be correct. But she was so upset. She just blew a head gasket. I’m not even sure why even want to eat the food I just ordered. I really just wanted to give everything back and just get my money back but instead I just told her to have a great day but I’m not sure if I’m ever going to return especially to that location. I hope the other customers were able to get it what they ordered because I was given the wrong food as well."

"Great service by the cashier. She was polite and the order came up quickly. Inside of the dining area was super clean. I was impressed. There are some new additions to the area which makes the entire Dunkin experience memorable. I especially noticed there is a conference room that can be reserved and rented for things like small business meetings, and also for recreational meetings like wedding planning and educational consulting or volunteer staff meetings. WiFi is free (as usual) and is also available."
