Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is one of my favorite locations to come to, the lines are never too long and the service is usually quick and they give good food portions! Parking is never an issue; there's plenty of parking in the back if the front is filled up. I've been to some pretty bad locations, so this is definitely a good one."

"If I could give Chipotle ZERO star I would. I honestly don’t know why I keep thinking things would get better. 2 weeks in a row. I’ve been super disappointed in their food. Last week the peppers and the chicken were BURNT! Today Friday, the peppers are cut mad big.. distasteful, the corn salad has way too much parsley. The parsley was old and slimy… over bearing in tast, the brown rice hard/undercook and the Chicken is dark meat which is fine but was rubbery and full of fat!!! If I could save enough money to open up a restaurant or find a partner or investor. I would to offer my community and the Folks better authentic American cuisine than this!"

"I may have allowed the little kid to provoke me to anger , May the Lord forgive me but this is what they served me below.YES this is how my food came out the package. Looks like it was pulled from the garbage. And they had No remorse , no apology, tried to humiliate me in front of everyone and told me to get to the back of the line. He also asked me "why are you telling me?" As I was complaining about how the condition of the food. The shift manager and the people who prepared my order showed no sympathy. I also purchased double protein and beans and got less than the original portions. Do better but I forgive you all but will never return to this location absolutely ever. No respect for my money or time."
