"I ordered a strawberry and a chocolate milkshake. They gave me 2 vanilla milkshakes. When I protested, they insisted that it was what I ordered, contrary to the appearance. When I pointed out that the milkshakes look nothing like what I ordered, the staff became violent and threatened me. They refused to give me the entire order I placed which included 2 Happy Meals for my kids. The staff is completely rude and were trying to cheat me."

"Busy. But it shouldn't be so busy that if I go through the drive through and order, 20 chicken nuggets that they can't give me a sauce. That they promise that was in the bag but yet I get home and have no sauce for them...... Amazing"

"First let me note this review is base on my experience on the night of 12/01/2023 and I say this because I’ve visited this store on many occasions seeing it’s the closest to my home and never have I had such poor customer service . We got there and she ordered her food but when we look at the small frozen drinks it looked like it belonging to a kids meal. I asked for the manager and this is where it went down hill. After asking if this is a small and if we could upgrade to the large she said no and offered to refund our money. She refunded the money for the frozen drink but as I was about to move off I was so discussed with everything I told her to just refund us for our complete order. I will say the Manager by the name of Germani needs a lot of customer interacting training. She has got to be the worst I’ve seen thus far. Not only did she take money away from McDonald’s but she has cause them to lose a loyal customer."

"I was gladly surprised at this McDonald's. Not at the food and don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with it, but in all honesty it's still junk food at the end of the day. The service though was great. Fast, not WOW fast, but good, and the staff was very courteous. Not likely to go back soon, but that's just because it is my opinion that they don't serve quality food at the golden arches. If you're wondering why did I go there then, well I didn't get anything for myself nor it was the place I would have preferred. Good service nonetheless."

"Very large restaurant...one of the largest I've seen. There's a large separate indoor play gym for children, with seating nearby for parents. Facility was clean and organized. The employee was courteous and efficient. The all day breakfast menu was limited and wasn't too fresh considering...but was okay."
