"Fire them all! Day after Day, the lobby is locked. Noon, afternoon, evening, it's locked, they say it's because they are understaffed. and yet whenever you go. You see about 2 or 3 workers sitting in the lobby on their Phones!!!!!! They are GETTING PAID! There's plenty of people looking for work and yet this is the type of crew working here! The owner needs to do something about this!"
"I ordered a biggie bag with a double burger. I couldn't finish it. It was like soggy and falling apart. I got such small amount of fries that I had to look inside the little box to see them. The soda had a weird taste like the machine needed to be cleaned. But the nuggets were good and fresh. Kinda bummed cause it was the only thing I had eaten before pulling my all night er work shift."
"I’ ordered the apple pecan salad. I received a lot of bad spring mix in the salad. For the price of the salad this problem needs to be corrected."
"I'm very happy with tonight's experience, which by the way, was my first as a customer for this specific location. They are very efficient and very fast with your orders. Everything was included, nothing was missing, and the quality was there too! And the way that tonight's employees handled their night shift should be recorded and uploaded to YouTube. Also, they do all of it with a smile too! Needless to say that I am very pleased with this particular Wendy's franchise food and service and I hope other Wendy's follow suit."
"I hardly give fast food chains reviews because people are gonna eat there anyway. However, i have to give this specific Wendy's a good review. Wendys is my absolute favorite fast food joint, and you can't beat the $5 biggie bag. I was on my lunch break and decided to eat inside. The guy working the counter greeted me right away. Took my oder and got it right. He even told me to have a nice day, which is something i dont hear often working in the food industry as well. One thing i noticed right away is that their dining room is clean! Im not sure if it's always like that, but it's the cleanest one i have ever been in in Broward. Posted below, i took a picture of my lunch."
