"Waited for 15mins for three iced drinks. One of which didn't have because machine was down. They were a bit taken back when we asked for the refund of the drink they didn't provide. Store was clean. Not enough staff to handle the volume."

"Went through the drive thru tonight at 11655 w sample rd in Coral Springs. Ordered my daughter a happy meal and then started to order a $6 double cheeseburger combo meal available to me on the app. The lady by the name of Wilay ( I may be spelling that wrong) then begins to tell me that the combo doesn’t come with a drink. I explained to her that the app says it includes a drink. She goes quiet and ignores me and no longer answers. Ignores all of my attempts to get her to answers. So I then drive up to the window where I question Wilay why she was ignoring me and not answering. She didn’t care, she shrugged her shoulders and didnt have anything to say. I asked for the manager Dion who also didn’t seem to worried about the rude Wilay. I explained everything to him again and had to start the order over because Wilay had erased the order as if it hadn’t happened. Dion smirked and took my order. He never questioned Wilay or asked her why she acted the way she did. I then go to the picked up window and still had to repeat my order because it was incorrect again. This McDonald’s has gone downhill so much. The rude customer service or lack of is ridiculous!! Maybe it’s time to get some new employees and managers that care about their customers more then the incompetent employees"

"If I could give this 0 stars I would. So frustrated came here at 10:50 and the lady was standing there while I was ordering and she said nothing till 11:01 that they closed then shut the gate on us and ignored us then she said soon 30 minutes waiting and still no food! Then 5 minutes later she came and gave us our food which we were missing our drink and m&ms in our fluffy… to then we sat and ate and she saw us sit mind you then she told us while eating that dinning is closed well when I got there it wasn’t but yall decided to take 30 minutes to get my food and truly I never complain but they were beyond nasty and rude.and the fries we got were hard."

"I just got home with my McDonald's order… I ordered ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. I didn't get any. I also ordered drinks and didn't get any straws… I think McDonald's has to look over the places and do test orders on these locations. It is getting out of control."
