"We were invited back to Blackbird Modern Asian with a guaranteed reservation after a small communication mishap on a previous night. We were a family of six with three adults and three kids. Despite how busy the restaurant was on a Sunday evening our family definitely had an amazing time. Gabriel, the manager, checked in on us occasionally to make sure we was having a great time. This is one of the first restaurants that I notice the manager checks in on all the guests more than once! The waitress we had (forgot her name) was so sweet. When we go back in the future, hopefully she can serve us again. Everything we put in our mouths was delicious. My wife thought the duck was the best duck we had in all of Palm Beach. My four year old daughter was in love with the crab rice! Everything we put in our month was excellent. The spare ribs literally fell off the bone! The lobster was so juicy and tender! The cocktails were great! Don't skip dessert and try the Thai creme brulee! Currently they do not take reservations more than 8 people, so would recommend coming early if possible for shorter wait times. I overheard the hostesses telling a guest that when they opened at 4pm the restaurant was full in literally 15 minutes! With the great service and food it is not a surprise why this restaurant is so popular in Plam Beach County. Even though I live 45 minutes away from the restaurant, I wouldn't mind the drive to Blackbird for an amazing evening."
"I will start off by saying this place has fantastic food, great service and a wonderful ambiance. That being said, if you come here, expect to wait an hour or longer to be seated and they also don’t serve sushi and it’s quite expensive even if you come here for happy hour. If you don’t mind a wait and digging into your wallet then this place is awesome. Food is amazing, the vibe is great and so is the service. I would definitely recommend just be aware of wait times and cost but then again they have wait times for a reason and you get what you pay for. They also have an entirely separate gluten free menu."
