"I just deleted my 5 star review from a year and a half ago~ this location has lost its groove. I ordered the corn beef hash and it was a meager serving of hash ~ l put a tablespoon in the container to give an idea of the ridiculous small serving along with a VERY small amount of corn beef ~if you look at pictures of the corn beef hash from a year ago you will see large cubes of corn beef , not anymore it’s tiny bits of corn beef~ where is the beef “?!! I should have ordered a side order or two sides . The wheat bread toast was thickly cut, damp & floppy … l didn’t have the choice of a biscuit -did they stop giving them in the take out meals ? !, they also didn’t include the jam or apple butter. I really feel ripped off and doubt that l will ever do a take out order here again, in fact it was just a so so meal . I don’t know what has happened, but the quality of food has also shrunk here. The only thing good were the poached eggs , there was also a very generous side of potatoes , l think to fill up the container."

"This place is phenomenal. I went on a Saturday morning and there was a line out the door for a reason. Phenomenal food and service. Even the ice coffee is great and they have ice coffee ice cubes so it doesn’t get watered down. Nice atmosphere of a cute breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Super busy but it doesn’t effect the service or wait time for your food. I will say the only thing that annoyed me is that they include 18% gratuity which I would’ve left anyways but don’t force someone without a choice to have that included on the bill and then when you pay they ask you for an additional tip. Again I tip 18% sometimes more regardless but I don’t like how it’s included and you dont have a choice. A bit much if you ask me…. However, this place is great and you should definitely come check this spot out. PS they also have gluten free options. My girlfriend got gluten free French toast."

"Super great service from when you come into the door from when you leave!! Amazing food! Amazing staff! Menu is so different so much to choose from! Super clean place! Everything is so nice and super cool! Love the way they have so much sitting inside ad outside! I’ve seen people bring their dogs and sit outside as well which is sweet that this place allows that! I love it! Not just your traditional breakfast! They have the best blueberry cinnamon sugar fritters that come with yogurt for dipping! Also, their biscuits are the best with their homemade jam!! Everything that this place makes us AMAZING! Everyone that works here is so amazing as well! They help so much with the special and really get down with you to help pick what’s best! They have so many different coffee drinks, fruit juices, teas and morning adult beverages! If you can’t find what you want anywhere else come here! They have everything!!! Just had their new ultimate grilled cheese with the beef that’s cooked over night and let me tell you I ate every last bit of it! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!
