"Lucky Shuck was a solid experience. The location, right on the inlet, is fantastic. Also, the atmosphere inside is nice, open, and lively. It makes for a nice night out, whether you're with friends or on a date. We went late on a Saturday evening. There was a 20-30 minute wait for a table so we sat at the bar for no wait. Our bartender/waiter, specifically, had a tendency to favor serving the drinkers more heavily, understandably so, but this slowed things down a small bit for us. For our appetizer, we ordered the Brisket Loaded Cornbread. I'd order it again. For entrees, we had several orders of oysters because they were fantastic. We also put in an order of the fish sandwich with the barback, who went straight to our waiter to relay the message, but somehow the order was never put in. We moved on. We also had a side of the mac n cheese, not my favorite. Last, but not least, we had wine and a chimera to drink, both were good."

"Really good experience with friends from out of the country. When we arrived it was a 45 minute wait so we got a spot at the bar and ordered a few drinks and appetizers. Service was friendly and food was great. Pretty much right at the 45 minute mark our table was ready. It did take a while for our server to come over and greet us, but once she did it was a great experience. Food was hot and made correctly. Would definitely go back and hope to sit outside next time."

"Kenny was absolutely amazing (highly recommend you sit in his section!) and made our meal extra great. Cocktails were great and strong, so definitely worth getting. We got the half rack of ribs (small but delicious), the yellowtail poke bowl (good quality and size), and the pecan macadamia nut crusted fish (flavorful and amazing). Great meal. Excited to come back."
