"I used 911 Driving School for my older daughter two years ago, when it was under different management. We had the most amazing experience. We couldn’t wait to sign up again with my other daughter. After hearing about a situation between the new management and a friend of mine, I will not be using this school or recommending it to any of my peers. The way the situation was handled with my friend was not professional at all. Immediately threatening a client to be kicked out of your school instead of trying to resolve a problem via a phone call shows a lot of inexperience in the management world. Very disappointing."
