"It’s never busy here. They always take forever to allow you to order. They aren’t welcoming. Zero customer service Then when you do order, you have to repeat the order at least 3 times. I wish the owners of these establishments would do better. And they never have the soda you want"
"Not great. The counter lady was sweet. I dropped a coke, went EVERYWHERE, lol. The order was all wrong and the picky person was mad. Meh"
"Cashier took 15 to 20 to take orders and did not ask if we wanted them to go or eat it and walked back and forth by the register 6/7 times and was spraying tables while customers were in the lobby that’s unacceptable"
"Very bad experience went through the drive thru and when I went to the pick up window they told me to park outside and to wait. I wanted 15 minutes and they never came out with my order I went to the window again and asked for my order and they said it’s still cooking while they kept serving the drive thru people."
"It's amazing to me how rude all these females are in this establishment lol.. They all older than me and have no manners how does that work. They don't say have a nice day Thank you this complete your order or nothing just gives you your bag walks away. I thought a drill sergeant was taking my order I mean she looked like one but she was forcible like one too Jesus. Get some people there that actually want to work. Or that can at least fake it for 5 seconds"
