"I ordered the wrong item online admittedly I hit blt instead of bmt and I can’t eat bacon this woman was not helpful. I was willing to pay the extra meat and I did even after I payed for the blt she took the bacon off because I don’t eat bacon and put the right meat on and charged me $6 for the meat she gave me on the same sub bread and veggies mayo and all I have never seen such bad service like this she needs to be fired a honest mistake should be worked out not give me the same bread and a 6$ charge awful service, won’t be back! I work in a restaurant I’d never treat anyone the way she treated me she handed me the sub back not even in a bag i ordered this sub two hours prior to feed my kids it was soggy and straight awful"

"This is the Subway inside the Marathon gas station. I visit this store quite often. There are 2 very nice women who work there. They are always so polite and pleasant. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young woman who served me yesterday evening (9/21/23) she was the epitome of great customer service."

"Well I see this Subway is no stranger to bad reviews so I'll add another. Googled all the subways and found this one was open till 11pm so I exited I95 and walked in at 9:55. The lady was sweeping up and said she was already closed. I asked if she knew of another one near by that was open till 11pm and she said I was at the 11pm one but she had to save the batch of bread she had till tomorrow."

"Restaurant is supposed to be open for breakfast. I waited 10 mins while calling the store as I waited. No one ever came out to take my order and the phone ring with no answering service. I called 3 times while I stood in the store. The food was laid out in the containers ready to go with no worker. The gas station worker told me they open at 7 & he don’t know where they are because they are separate from his station. I eventually left at 7:35 & called again in the car still with no answer. Customer service was unacceptable!"
