"I order the steak platter.... they forget the chimichurri!!! Like HOW... that is what makes the steak. Anywho, the steak was chewy, not good at all, beans tasted funny.... the best thing was the roll and the white rice. I didn't eat..."

"I placed a really easy on-line order with just a Cuban sandwich and a chicken breast as a side. The only extra instruction I asked for the sandwich was to be “extra toasted” which they didn’t follow so No extra toasty sandwich for me. Even though Sandwich was Ok but the shocking part was about the chicken breast which seemed like 1/2 a chicken breast (where is my other half?). Really tiny. I returned back to the store and mentioned this to the store manager and his only defense was “Yes, here chicken breasts are kind of small, sorry”… really?, very disappointed… Well, this client don’t like small portions with full prices so I’m not coming back."
"Man, the Rice was not good, and beans I could count how many beans were around the top of my white rice. That's how many beans I had if I have to guess I say 60. The rest is like water. I thought I was having black bean soup but with more water than the beans So the only thing I ate off my plate was only the chicken. The chicken was the only best part of my dinner. I spend $ on a meal just to eat bread and chicken Thank you for the best dinner ever"
