"I was told my drive through order wasn't ready and to wait in spot 1. I waited 10 minutes before going into the store where no one was working on my meal. There was no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. The entire drive through experience took over 20 minutes."

"The service moved rather slowly. This was the 6668th store. When I first bit into my double quarter-pounder with cheese, it tasted raw, as if it had never been cooked. When the woman offered to have another one produced, I said, "I just want a refund." She needed to talk to her store manager over the phone. I believe that this McDonald's has to be investigated for food quality control. Doesn't matter what hour of the day it is things should be cooked properly."

"Pulled up to order but the drive thru said the restaurant was closed. After double-checking google and the sign, we pulled up to the window to be told by a worker to get back in line. We did, got the automated message that the place was closed. We waited another five minutes before pulling up again. A different woman told us very rudely that she couldn't help us because she was changing her drawer. We offered to wait and asked how to get our order taken after waiting a cumulative fifteen minutes with no answer at the speaker. She said to drive around again. We decided the third try wasn't a charm..."

"The service was extremely slow. This was store #6668. Iordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and when I took my 1st bite it was raw like it was never cooked. The lady offered to get another one made and at that point I was like I just want a refund. She had to call and speak to her store manager. I think that this McDonalds needs to be looked at for quality control of food. Doesn't matter what hour of the day it is things should be cooked properly."
