"I am not from Florida and while visiting, I was told I absolutely had to try Bud's and I was not disappointed. The nice girl at the counter (I believe her name was Madison) was helpful, courteous, and patient while I was trying to decide what to eat. I've heard such good things about this place, my only slight complaint would be the way one of the shift manager's speaks to her employees. I wish I would've gotten her name. It was a little disheartening to see the lack of patience she has for the employees when they ask for help."
"Love this place! The order is always right, food is fresh and the staff is awesome! Just placed a pretty large order and Will, the store manager was nice enough to call me back and save us $50 bucks and get us more food! That's great customer service! This is the Buds you want to go to!"

At some point you need to discover what many have known for decades, Buds does Fried Chicken (and Fried Fish) better than most other fast food joints. "Love the Cod fish sandwich, I decided to eat inside today. The young lady that assisted me was "Zoey", she remembered me from my last visit. She was a delight and went over and beyond my expectations to see that I enjoyed my meal. The fish comes with 2 portions that overlap the bun. So I decided to wrap the rest to go. Upon emptying my tray, I forgot it and toss it out. But the size was plenty as usual. I didn't get the manager's name, I'm sorry. But want to give a shout-out on excellent service and a thank you. I am looking forward to my next visit. Buds chicken & seafood is the only restaurant I eat at, while I'm in west palm beach location. I'm hoping they open a location in the Port Saint Lucie, FL.,area."
"I dunno what’s going over there but I order chicken finger dinners and the chicken fingers are about a quarter of the size now. I recommend to head over to zaxbys or canes"
