Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The store apprentice Jose, is the absolute worst. And, the other employees knowit, but cannot say anything because its there boss. His overall demeanor is rude, and its like he counts how many grains of rice each bowl gets. We all understand portions, but he needs to understand that we spend our hard earned money at the store, not to be ripped off. Its 2 stars because the other employees are great, and let's face it, I'll be back, just know I'm turning around if Jose is there"

"This might be the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. As someone who frequents Chipotle enough to be in the top 5% of visitors, I can confidently say this location was the most disappointing. When I arrived during the peak lunch hour, the place was eerily empty, and I soon understood why. The staff's approach to customer service was non-existent; they took my order and prepared my bowl as if it were a bother to them. The cashier's attitude was even worse. Upon requesting a lemon, she looked at me as if I were foolish and informed me that Chipotle doesn't stock them. When I mentioned that Chipotle locations in California do, she dismissively stated that this one didn't. Attempting to pay with cash, I was curtly told they had no change and to use a credit card instead. After I got my soda, I realized there was no hot sauce available. Asking the cashier about it, I was told in no uncertain terms that if it wasn't outside next to the sodas then they were out of stock. The staff's attitude and behavior throughout my visit were shockingly indifferent. They seemed more focused on their phones than on customer service, even going in and out of the restroom during the brief time I ate. The food itself was lackluster, lacking both salt and flavor. I intend to contact Chipotle's corporate office because this location sorely needs proper training and significant improvement."

"I have never done this in my entire life, but the little man working gave me less than 1/3 of a serving of chicken. ARE YALL PAYING THIS MAN TO SAVE MEAt for YALL BRO? Apparently you have a promotion for your employers to save meat, i know times are hard. But Jesus Christ man. Have some self respect"

"Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered food online at 09:00 pm. Stated order will be ready at 09:10pm. Food was not ready when we arrived at 09:15pn. An associate told us that they will prepare our food right away. We sat down and watched at least 10 customers got their food and left. By 09:30 I asked where was our order. No one seems to know what was going on. I asked to speak to a manager,. This person came out, and she was clueless and non-apologetic, even going as far as making excuses that 20 minutes waiting for the food was not that bad. Really? To make matter worse, a young lady that ended up making our food was very rude and prepared the food with such nasty attitude. Our bowls looked very unappealing and trashed like. Very unprofessional, clueless bunch. Stay away from this location. I will be calling for a different manager, and corporate as well."
