"I stopped in since I try to give places a second chance. I wish I skipped it. Horrible service extremely unwelcoming which is counterproductive of a business trying to make money. I will take my cash elsewhere. Plus they ain't nothing without those balsamic tomatoes anyway."
"The new ropa vieja is just amazing. I’m not giving the 5 stars because of the HUGE discrepancy between the avocado shown in the menu flyer and the one is served.. Fortunately, I asked for the manager and she solved the problem for me, but what about the people that don’t complain?"
"Ordered uber delivery. Plaintains were old,burnt, and greasy with a bad taste. I bit into one and immediately spat it out, I couldn't even eat it."
"One of the cleanest location Pollo Tropical have in the area. Ordered the Half Chicken Platter Special ($8.99) and a small Chicken Tropichop. Chicken was perfectly grilled, and everything else were fresh and tasty. However, two of the staffs at front counter were bickering at each other constantly, thankfully both were friendly and helpful to customers."
"I will never go back to this location. The chicken was undercooked/raw and the beans were watery. I tried contacting customer service and never got a call back. I should be completely refunded for a meal I had to throw away since it was inedible."
