"This place is very not to my liking. I placed an order for a kale crunch salad and a three-piece chicken strip meal. I was told to park and wait for my kale salad to be brought out whenever I went to the window to get my food. Alright, great, I did. When my food finally arrived, it had been more than ten minutes, and the chicken and fries had both tasted a little undercooked. I put off eating the salad until later in the day, but when my two-year-old and I went to do so after taking a few bits, I felt a strand of hair entwined around my tongue."

"I am the Executive Director of a Senior Living Community called Mariposa. We do outings with our memory care residents to local restaurants. We recently went to the Chik Fil A on Lantana and Jog road. What an incredible team. They welcomed our residents and team members with open arms. They would not let us pay for them and even treated our resident's who could not come with a tray of cookies and brownies. Talk about giving back to the community. I am amazed at the kindness and compassion this team provided to our Mariposa Family. Plus the food is yummy!! Thank you so much for your warmth and generosity. We appreciate you all!!"

"I am so displeased with this location. I ordered a three piece chicken strip meal and a kale crunch salad. Whenever I got to the window to grab my food, I was told my kale salad was not ready and to park and wait for it to be brought out. Okay cool, I did. I waited over 10 mins for my food to be brought to me and when it was, the fries were soggy and and the chicken taste a bit under cooked. I decided to leave the salad for later in the day, but whenever I went to eat it after several bites along with my two year old, I felt a piece of hair wrapped around my tongue. I immediately spat it out and low and behold it was a LONG BLONDE/BROWN HAIR SITTING IN THE BOWL. I am so disgusted and based the experience at the location and now the hair in my food. I will never go back to this location!! So gross. I have attached a picture for reference!"

"First time experiencing the food, customer service, and company culture. First, the food was great. The chicken is really something special. I tried the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and the Cobb salad. The salad was my favorite actually and I would eat it anytime. The customer service was great. Employees opened the door for us, they served with a smile, gave us ample time to figure out what we wanted, and made some good recommendations. I would prefer that the work on some lower calorie options. That would be great!"
