"We ordered by the kiosk, what is great and helpful however the bad experience started there when we finished ordering, the ticket was blank because was inside out, I tried to inform the front desk person and he said “I know”, turn his back and back inside the kitchen , when the order arrived, I ordered a triple Big Mac, all the patties , salad and sauces, was in the middle with plain buns on top, all 6 patties together!! Luckily I decided to check!! The guy tried to say that the burger was correct, when a lady said that they were going to fix it! While we were waiting for the food initially, a guy entered the lobby with a cup of ice cream dripping and the syrup that was supposed to be inside, dripping down the cup because they put syrup around the rim! They just not care!! That’s why we decided to check the order!! MANAGER, WHERE ARE YOU??? Unbelievable!! We saw 3 human mistakes happening in less than 10 minutes!! All fixable!! Not even talking about the customer service!! Not a single smile or apology!!"

"Staff is very polite at this store. The Self order kiosk makes ordering easy and ordering in the app is much quicker than ordering with a cashier. Peppermint Mocha Iced Coffee and Christmas music for the Season."

"I eat here probably more than I should. I like the fact that there are so many friendly employees and that many of them know me by name. I rarely have an issue with any order and if there is one it's quickly resolved. For those who get upset, remember everybody is only human and nobody gets it right 100% of the time. A big shout-out to Brianna and Santi for always making me feel special whenever I drive through. The same that goes for everybody else that works there especially on the weekends!"

"I don't normally write review. This location is very close to where I live, but I usually use the drive through window to pick up my order. Today is the only time I seat inside for the recent 3 years. Many seat and tables have not been cleaning. I found sauce, oil, and hair on many seats and tables. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and L fries, L drink. A lady passed a small size drink to me, and insisted that is what I ordered even though I showed her the receipt. Worse still, I didn't get my L fries, and went back to her, she doubt me tell a lie, and headed to my table to confirm this.... I felt terribly bad and felt this is an insult to me. This location really needs to pay attention to your staff training. Showing negative attitude, depressed behavior to your customers will seriously damage the reputation of McDonald's."

"Worst dining room I've ever seen. They changed it from something that was halfway decent to something that's horribly ugly and uncomfortable and a lot less tables. Been coming here for 15 years and now I really hate this one. Not very inviting when you first walk in to order your food at the register. Almost seems like a prison check in window and good luck having somebody standing there waiting for you.. You have to wait till they see you standing there before you can order your food..."
