"The girl at the window with the butterfly tattoos literally took my drink which was made wrong around the corner and instead of correcting it, brought me back the same drink and thought I wouldn’t notice. When I asked for her to make it right, she asked if I’d tasted it yet. Terrible service, tattoos, and attitude"
"The morning crew is amazing however there is ONE particular afternoon crew that has an issue with staying consistent and following instructions. ALL OTHER CREWS ARE AMAZING! This particular crew that needs more training: If you ask for extra ice,one day you get so much ice the straw won't even fit the next day you get the proper amount of extra ice. By doing this, they haven't realized after advising that crew many times that the formula of # of creams/sugars gets thrown off as they aren't consistent on their amounts."
