"I love tropical smoothie but this location just needs better management with training on customer service . Immediately. This location should have a manager on location at all times the staff is not equipped to handle conflict resolution. They have no urgency for customer care, in most cases seem as if they don't care honestly."

"I never write reviews about thinks but this was definitely needed. We come in here all the time and I order the chicken ceaser wrap with no chicken and no lettuce and they can never get it right I always have to have them make it again and now they are mad bc their remaking it even though I told them how I wanted it in the first place. Today was the worst experience yet. Me and my boyfriend were the only people in there waiting to order and from when we first walked in nobody even acknowledged us. One blonde girl was making smoothies and I was fine with waiting because she was doing something. Than another girl with brown hair came from the back looking in the food making station and looked at us and just walked to the back. We sit down because no one has even talked to us just looked at us. The phone rings and they answer it in the back and a larger lady with long black hair walked up to the front to take the person order on the phone. Why is it that the people in store who were there before have to wait longer than the people who called after we were already waiting for someone to take our order. The larger lady with the long black hair got off the phone and was standing right at the register and still didn’t say anything not even a “sorry for the wait someone will be with you shortly” So we just left. Went to fire house next door and they served us right away, Giving firehouse a 5 star, their food is amazing and they actually have good customer service."

"Amazing atmosphere!! They even brought our drinks straight to our table. And if you get bored they have a deck of uno cards on every table to play with!"

"I love tropical smoothie, but every time I come to this location they never blend the smoothies correctly. I always get ice chips and I can’t drink my smoothie. A smoothie is supposed to be smooth not icy. I only gave 2 stars because the quesadilla was good."

"This place is going to make me broke LOL. We love going here since it has opened. It’s clean and the workers are very nice. There are even UNO games out for a quick fun game with my daughter who loves it! Keep up the good work!"
