"I can now recall why I haven't eaten at Arby's in years. My son asked to eat there, and I granted his request because he had never been there before. The food is bland; my homemade sandwiches are superior. I think the restaurant is filthy. Even so, the personnel was really pleasant."

"This is a nice restaurant conveniently located near Walmart. The wood decor is amazing and homely. My order for a Wagyu steakhouse burger came in about ONE MINUTE. Definitely a ring-the-bell place for atmosphere, friendliness and customer service."
"We ordered from the drive thru and my wife asked for crinkle fries and got curly fries. She asked for a smokehouse brisket sandwich and got two or three small strips of roast beef full of fat. It liked like less than half of the meat shown on the ads. So much for "We've got the meats." I asked for an Arby's double and got a sandwich missing the top bun! We asked for a receipt and were given someone else's receipt instead. Very disappointing. We will think twice before ordering food there again. If you do order there, check everything before leaving the drive thru window."
"Normally have good experience at Arby's. Decided to go for a Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich , because the got the Meats. Well for over $10 for the meal let just say that except for the Bacon and Cheese the sandwich is no different than a BK value Crispy or Wendy's $1.99 Chicken Sandwich. I'm Thankful to God I can eat , don't get me wrong, just do not find it fair price for their' Got the meat' chicken Sandwich"
