"I have been to various locations and their customer service always on point. Foods great. I normally order the Chupe de Malisco (seafood Gumbo) also the seafood fried rice is superb. In Orlando, Florida they have this noodles with shrimp items. We learn that it’s not mentioned in their menu but its done by request. It’s so delicious. Their tostones is similar to the Haitian fried plantains so I normally order that. They have some mixed onions/tomatoes/ jalapeños in a side bar you can take to go or enjoy while dining in. It’s like their own condiments. I usually order when I’m in town in Florida. Great food and fast service."
"WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I picked up dinner after work for my family and after getting home 50 mins later realized they had made a mistake and given me a meal for one with a hard chicken steak, watered down beans, burnt plantains and dried up rice. I was told by the manager there was nothing he could do unless I was willing to bring it back that night in order for him to see it and give me my correct order. I will NEVER go back nor recommend the Lantana Rd location to anyone!!! Do NOT give your hard earned money to this place. Eat somewhere else where the food is good and you are valued as a customer! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!"
"The food was SO DISGUSTING I threw it all out! Like I’ve never seen anything like this - chicken combo, the sauce, the beans and Jalea all down the trash. We could not eat it!!! I’ll never get this ever again in my life. Going to bed hungry. Unbelievable!"
