"Tried to order food in drive thru, was met with the most atrocious joke from the drive thru lady. Was not funny and wouldn’t take my order. Fire her immediately. She has no idealism of human interaction. I repeated my order and she continued to say no and then proceeded to laugh as if it was funny. This was not funny. This was intolerable. This lady should be fired effectively immediately. Please figure this situation out."

"Didn’t include my cheesy tots I paid for. Asked for ketchup and mustard. Got home and had ketchup and mayonnaise packets. No one else in the store when I left and only a couple of cars in the drive-thru so it wasn’t because they were super busy."

"I got food from there last week, and I didn't check the sandwich cause I had to go to work, and food makers messed up my order. I ordered a plant based burger with no cheese, mayo, onions, and ketchup and mustard. I ordered only lettuce, tomato, and pickles and received mayo and pickles on the burger.I had to remove the dressing, but the fries were delicious."

"I had occasion to grab what I expected to be a quick lunch from the drive-thru at this Burger King location. I had a coupon for 8 nuggets and large fries for $3.99 and planned on adding a medium drink which I knew would be extra. I pulled up to the order area and stated I had a coupon and what I wished to purchase. The person taking orders had a strong accent and said something I could not understand. So, I repeated my order again, including the fact I had a coupon. Again, she said something I could not understand but it sounded like she was asking asking for a menu number. I quickly looked at the menu but all I found was a combo for which I could not use my coupon. She finally asked me to pull up to the window where once again I repeated my order and handed her my coupon. I asked that she add a medium drink with light ice. When she asked for payment my $3.99 coupon order plus drink had become nearly $8! I had to ask for a straw for my drink and I was NEVER asked what dipping sauce I wanted for my nuggets! It would have been more cost effective to simply purchase an a chicken fries combo! When I asked why my drink cost $3.99 she said it was because it was a "large" drink even though I did not ask for this! Also, when I got home and went to check my receipt to assure I was charged appropriately, it was NOT included in the bag! No more...coupon or not, I will just go to McD's instead where they actually honor coupons appropriately, have better fries and people at the drive-in who are pleasant and speak understandably. Do better Burger King! You have too many competitors to provide POOR customer service! And do yourself a favor and READ YOUR REVIEWS! They are almost all terrible 1-star reviews. Do you just not care???"

"Got the worst customer service voice, mannerisms, and food quality. Travler worker just pass though, needed to pick up a quick breakfast and my results were as seen. I was a restaurant manager for 8 years and would never allow this to leave the kitchen nor hire someone who speaks like this guy did. Even waited for 3-4min for this to come out."
