I appreciate the opportunity for students to have group classes aimed at their skill levels, and also the opportunity to progress into private instruction. All of the teachers have been excellent. Our current teacher, Mr. Ibo, has been wonderful at challenging our children to excel since he is an accomplished performer and teacher as well. It is helpful for our children to see practical applications of their progress by having the opportunity to perform in recitals alongside their peers. They have the challenge of working hard toward a goal which I think is important for their personal development and discipline. "I have taken piano lessons on and off since I was a child and then stopped for many years as life happens. Recently I have been searching for a place to go back to take lessons and challenge myself. I decided to enroll New Tampa Piano because of the excellent quality of the professionals at this school and their programs. One thing I really like is the fact that you get to listen to the teachers play and perform( never happened before with previous teachers). Not only by themselves but together playing four hands and even all of them playing together a musical piece. This only speaks about of the camaraderie among all the teachers.
