"As gold card members of hard rock casino, we tend to eat at the casino frequently. Tonight we decided to go to Hard Rock Cafe. Our 30 min wait turned into an hour. We ordered bang bang shrimp- they tasted like rubber. The manager had them made fresh and they came out with barely any sauce (refer to pic). Manager never came back to check to make sure everything was ok after they came out. My husband ordered a bbq bacon burger. There was no bbq sauce, a small handful of fries ($18). I ordered chicken tenders and fries ($18 as well). They were small and bland. This is fast food processed chicken instead of real chicken tenders. Very disappointing. Near impossible to get a refill. My husbands drink as well as my own stayed empty. When the waitress, Jamie, asked if there was anything else she could get us, I said a drink would be lovely. She said “WHATTTT?” And walked away. We won’t be back. Waste of money and time."
"Great night at the Hard Rock Venue Tampa for an acoustical night with Elle King, Chris Jensen, Jake Owen, Neon Union, and Cory Kent. I love the concerts/shows here as the concert hall is just the right size. Next up, Thomas Rhett! Dinner at Rise Restaurant was not as we had hoped for. The food was not that good, and service was just bad! That is why food and service get low ratings."
"Wonderful spot for dinner! Love The walk to restaurant, includes so much history and memorabilia throughout casino. Smaller menu but delicious options. Foods always fresh and hot. Wait staff is super nice and accommodating when it comes to kids joining the tables! Live music on the weekends is awesome to watch. Location including bathrooms are very clean and organized. Great for small or large parties."
