"The service was good and the food was terrible. I ordered filet mignon and it was the worst cheapest cut of steak I've ever had. The shrimp was nothing like what was pictured in the menu. The presentation was terrible especially at $50 for the plate. The rice was mediocre and the noodles disgusting. I would recommend going to Panda express over coming here. The worst meal I've had in a very long time and for these prices you can go to actual fine dining."

"Our server (Kenneth) and our chef (Kawasaki) were both absolutely wonderful and instrumental in making this one of the best hibachi experiences we’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary and we had some reservations coming into this experience - we’ve had some really poor/awkward experiences at other Teppan places. Here, the service and the ambiance were both PERFECT. And the food??? My gosh ive never had a more tender steak on a grill in my life. There was plenty of food and it was perfectly seasoned. Thank you to the Kobe team here for making a special celebration even greater!"
"Our chef was Asian Cutie. He did an AMAZING job. The food was well seasoned, and we were entertained the entire time we were here. Josiah was our server, and was very kind and attentive. The whole experience was fantastic!"
"This was my first time going to Kobe’s and won’t be my last! I really enjoyed it. It is overly packed but I know this is the best in Tampa so it is expected. Make sure to make a reservation though, we made one and it still took a while to seat us. Sushi was amazing, & the chef did an amazing performance and he was silly. Will be going back soon!"
