"Were Trying to order in the drive thru and deciding what to get, not even 15 seconds in Some women on the intercom starts rushing me to order the food reminding me about a timer. Considering this place always has a line in the drive-thru and never seem to be in rush in the past. Very rude. They also took my coupon and didn't apply it to our order. When we asked for a supervisor/manager they're conveniently at the bank."
"I visit every morning. Online that time they open is written as 4:30 AM. they are not open at 4:30 AM they open at 5 AM. But more often than not they are not open at 5 AM. In the last 2 months I believe they've only been open 4 times that I've gone by at 5 AM. I love the coffee and I love the people that work there but I don't like the lack of consistency of hours. I get that things happen but not this much. The bottom line is it is a business and they should have people there at the time that they open."
"This was one of the strangest DDs I've ever been to. They didn't have flavor shots, like at all... They only had the swirl stuff. So I couldn't get a French vanilla iced coffee... Only a French vanilla swirl which I don't like. It's too sweet & doesn't taste like French vanilla to me. Anyway, that was extremely disappointing but the staff was awesome and offered to let me try something else and see if I liked it. Luckily I did and it was made perfectly. My mom was with me and she ordered a half regular half-caff coffee with cream and sugar and it tasted watery... The half reg-half caff we got for my aunt was black and tasted fine so something must've been wrong with the creamer? So coffee was eh but staff was great."
"If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm not sure what happened to the employees that where here, but they need to bring them back, the driv-thru ran so smoothly when they were there, they had awesome teamwork and a great rythym to keep everything moving. But with these new employees I sat there this morning for 10 minutes and the line never moved, had some lady tap on my window wanting me to move so she could get out and another honking her horn.... exactly where was I supposed to move to, the place was packed and no one was moving!"
"cleanliness could have been better. but perhaps my biggest complete... this is the only DD I have ever been to that DOES NOT OFFER hot coffee refills on same visit. guess I am going back to Starbucks :("
