"It has came to my attention that the corporate offices of Dollar General has wantonly and maliciously thumbed up their noses to their employees and the customers of Carrabelle, Fl. Corporate has been informed by employees and many customers that the air conditioning has been inoperable. The only responses gained has been from bots. I am asking for the CEO of this company to immediately rectify this situation, and publish a heart-felt apology to all that have been neglected. After the apology, then immediately resign, due to a loss of confidence in his/her ability to perform."
"There's not many stores in town so we went here to get some beach toys. They had small nets, which is what the kids wanted. They had a nice selection of nets, floats, goggles, and sand toys. I would recommend this location for beach supplies and basic household supplies."
"Out of town visitors beware! Not one person here was wearing a mask including the check out lady. Well she was wearing it on her chin.... Stopped here after a great trip to the beach. My niece wanted to stop for some snacks after, so we went here. She was happy and excited to get her little debbies and chips. This was ruined by the cashier that rudely gave us a dirty look and yelled "you have to wait" when she was folding boxes when we were at the counter. We were just standing there and didn't complain. There was no reason for that. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER go back here. 1 star for the snacks"
"Love the employees at this location. These guys are truly on the front line during all of this Covid mess and are solid and dependable people. Yes this is a chain store but the help and information from the employees make it so helpful in locating what you need and any sales and promotions."
"Dollar general stores are great! They have a little bit of everything and are very convenient. The staff is always courteous and many things are priced very competitive. This store has a ton of stuff for the beach and is a great spot to get things you need for the out of town folks like me! We made a couple stops here and every time was enjoyable."
