"My daughter completely enjoyed herself.. staff was amazing and surprisingly made her very comfortable to have been left there for a week... I was really nervous but we had no issues. The staff also addressed me with such enthusiasm and love made me feel welcomed. I will definitely let her come back annually !"

"My daughter's first week here, for elementary age camp. This will be followed by two of her brothers next week, for middle/high school. So far so good! The cabins and grounds are super cute, with more improvements in the works. Staff and counselors were very friendly and helpful! Will update review once they all 3 have completed their week there."

"Excellent, budget friendly place with quite a number of amenities! Large recreation field; double zipline; air rifle range; archery range; full basketball court (with a third, lowered goal on the side for wheelchair bound campers); hiking trails; spacious dining hall, that we doubled as our meeting space; kitchen well stocked with utensils, spices, and cookware. The dining hall also has a projector and roll down screen that we used every day and it worked perfectly. There is a separate meeting room available near the recreation field, but we didn't require its use for this visit. The dorms are quite nice and clean. There are various cabins available, complete with mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, and bathroom, for camp counselors, etc. to use in lieu of rooming with the campers in the dorms. Everything is wheelchair accessible, which, while not a necessity for our group, we found this to be an excellent added feature to the campus. Very quiet, private environment despite being conveniently located just off Highway 90. There is a Walmart and Dollar General very close for any last-minute or supplemental items your group may need. There were, however, a few inconveniences. The large coffee maker filter basket in the dining hall was melted and unusable. However, there were two smaller coffee makers available to use. The dining was also equipped with a sound system, however, it seemed to be patched together and quite outdated and we were unable to get it to function. The pool was closed for maintenance, yet people (I presume the owners of the property) and their dog swam and played in/around it in clear view of our young campers, raising many questions among them that we were unable to answer. As an electrician, I noticed several questionable, yet not necessarily "hazardous" conditions that I would presume are very temporary, given the extensive renovation and expansion on the premises. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and we were ultimately given a discount (initiated by the camp management...we didn't have to ask for it) for some of the above listed inconveniences. We certainly plan to return in the near future as this camp will continue to grow and feature more and more wonderful opportunities!"

"Camp was okay. It has recently come under new management and they are renovating and improving it. There aren't many activities right now, just 9 square, volleyball, kickball, and a pool. Staff super friendly and helpful, and food was better than other camps I've visited. Once they add more activities I would highly recommend Tri State, but right now it's a little lacking. My group still had tons of fun with just the few activities we had, and I'm glad we came."
