"it’s been over 2 hours and i still haven’t received my pizza. i call them 3 different times just for them to answer the phone after 2 long hold times. order says completed and i never received it. answered the phone with an attitude. terrible customer service skills, placed me on hold and didn’t even tell me she was placing me on hold. took the longest to take me off of hold. then when i was taken off hold they asked me was i picking up or delivery as if i didn’t just explain the situation. i explained the problem again and she interrupted me and i told her their customer service skills were terrible. she then hung up on me when i already paid for my pizza. currently heading down there."

"This is your so called pepperoni pizza. I literally order from here all the time. The last time their sauce tasted like chemicals. Now here we have no pepperoni barely. I spend too much money with this restaurant. Then I call to say something about it and the manager tells me I’m lying. Here’s the proof. Why would I waste my time calling them if my food was right. Now I’m about done with this ignorant restaurant."
