"They messed my order up the pizza was supposed to be pan gave me traditional... The driver did a great job though getting it to me since my road was closed off from repair work ."

"I order pizza @9:15 on the app paid for it. I did not tip because my son pick the pizza up. My total was $21.38, however I was charged $25.38 and I was also charged $21.38 three more additional times. So my twenty dollar pizza cost $90 when I try to speak with the store manager she said she could not find my order and told me their just a franchise and couldn't help me. I then resort to calling customer service complaint line and their rep kept telling me I did this to myself when it's impossible to pay for the same order once it's been paid so I asked for a supervisor who also agreed this was impossiblen understood my concerns and told me she would have the district manager contact me regarding this matter. I was very surprised to receive a call from the district manager who I explained everythg to n agreed it wasn't my fault it sounded like a system glitch and I would have wait for everythg to post to my account 5-7days. She was very nice. But the matter was still not ok with me after posting I was charge for a tip I never agreed upon. And I closed my debit card for these reasons. I felt I was still at risk. I had my receipt n my box receipt all say $21.38 not $25.38 they did not deliver the pizza my son actually picked it. No tip was required. The pizza was ok. So buyer beware.. it's not ok to help yourself to a tip especially when you didn't provide a service to me n I pick up my own pizza. Not doing business with pizza hut again."

"My wife and I both said that it has been a long time since we ordered a pan pizza. Now I remember why. The crust was nowhere what it used to be. Skimpy on the Supreme toppings and under cooked. My wife always wants extra cheese on any pizza we order from anywhere. We didn't see that either. Delivery guy seemed to be unhappy as well. The only good thing that I would say about the entire experience was it was Delivery was quick and I'm assuming that it is why it was under cooked."

"I love ❤️ this Pizza Hut. The service is incredible. My mom wanted her pizza prepared a special way and the store Manager Ruby went above and beyond to assist her. The pizza was delicious and fresh. But more importantly the service from Ms. Ruby was excellent. Thank you Ruby for going above and beyond for us today 10 stars for you. You are an incredible store manager."

"This was a decent Pizza hut, until they desired to have a answering service to take orders, to lazy to answer the phone. For the past 3 year, we'd call and everything would be ready in 15 min. Now it 30 and still waiting. Just like everywhere else, customers service is dead. As for Pizza hut, it's dead also. Don't waste your time. Thanks for noticing."
