"Tried a few different tacos for Taco Tuesday and it was very underwhelming. Took way longer than it should to get order for 3 tacos. I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken and the pork. Each taco had too much meat and not much else. Tortillas were soggy and fell apart instantly. Steak taco was SUPER salty!! Flavor was pretty awful and most of the meat was chewy and had lots of random pieces of fat mixed in. Hard pass until they work all these issues out. Small plus the salsa verde was decent but couldn't save these tacos. Food factory is off to a bumpy start it seems."

"PLEASE MANAGERS— I need you to know that your employee Addison is an absolute angel and went out of her way to go above and beyond. My friend and I are from out of town (from Tampa) and this was our first time visiting. Addison heard us say we had a rough day and she single handedly was the best part of our day that was very hard before getting to dinner. She was attentive, personable, gave great suggestions, and was overall an incredible human being. You HAVE to recognize her- more than just printing this out and pinning it to the office memo board in the back. A real recognition like a bonus! Congrats on having a star employee!"

"It was a cold evening when we visited. We normally enjoy the outdoor seating, but knew 2 spots would be open with indoor dining. It's micro so there's limited seating inside, but no matter, the doors were left wide open. Thankfully service and food came quick to eat and run! I had the carnitas tacos - delicious! My daughter tried the cauliflower pastor. Interesting choice as she's not vegetarian, but loves veggies. She said she wouldn't order again. My son got the kids quesadilla. No issues there. A little pricey for what it is, but nice addition to the food factory. Just don't dine in when it's below 65!"

"Can’t rate the service and atmosphere since I ordered takeout tonight. Overall the food was well put together and tasted pretty good when all the sauces and guac were combined, the chicken tacos were super dry / overcooked. Was super disappointed in the less amount of food for the price paid. $8 for 1 empanada is way too much for the little amount of meat inside."
