"Was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Ordered 2 of the new trick-or-treat blasts. 1, we ordered chocolate and got vanilla. 2, once we got our ice cream, it was like soup, basically melted inside the cup. 3 all of the toppings were on top, barely any. Very disappointed and didn’t even taste good. Do not recommend."
"I’m done with getting reheated burger meat from this place. Do they not realize that we can tell when meat is reheated?! Geez, it’s terrible. I asked for no tomato on my supersonic burger and didn’t get a response, so when I drive up to the window I ask again….”no worries, I’ll make sure it’s taken care of.” I got the ugliest two slices of tomato I’ve ever seen. Possibly the worst Sonic I’ve visited. Done."
"Very great food friendly but only 4 stars due to it is getting outdated and slushie machine down never fixed yet very sad aww will still come but can't blend anything it says no sweet treats like ice cream items and also no slushy hopefully fixed soon"
"Honestly not impressed! We decided to grab sonic for dinner since we were in the mood for it, I was not happy the tator tots looked old and not fresh. My chicken sandwich was very very saltyyy!! My husband asked for the sonic bacon burger which was very messy. The only great thing was my son’s kids meal and the Reese’s pieces shake. Disappointing because this is such a good restaurant when you’re in the mood for it. Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews for this location."
"01/05/23 ordered 2 hotdogs. The hotdogs looked funny, either they were boiled or been sitting around for a long time. I didn't want to feed my child the hotdog if it was bad, so I attempted to call 15 times during open hours to see how they cooked the hotdog as it may be bad. No answer, the phone just rang and rang to then being hung up on. We threw away the food to be safe. The staff must not be paying attention as we also ordered cherry limeade to only get sprite with 1 lime. They use to have great service by repeating the order when handing out the bag for accuracy and the food was always hot. Sonics you are loosing your touch and not so hot anymore. Sad...this was our favorite place to take our children after school."
