"Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here around once or twice a month for the past two years. Food is amazing, customer service is even better. After two years of coming here, they accidentally forgot one item in my order. I called them back immediately. They were so caring and did everything anyone could have asked for PLUS MORE. "I have been here a couple of times but have never offered feedback. The food has consistently been fresh and flavor filled. The bread used is soft but holds the chicken salad well. The sides are fresh, albeit a little small in portion size. I have normally found all the employees pleasant and food delivered quickly. Why did I give a four instead of five? It is just a chicken salad sandwich with some grapes and a cookie. Nothing particularly spectacular. The taste is good to be sure but if you stop by for dinner you will be hungry later. I say go at lunch and pick up a tasty meal that will leave you wanting more but not ruin your dinner."

"Tried Chicken Salad Chick Restaurant in Oviedo. Drive thru, pickup, or inside dining. One large scoop lemon basil chicken salad, a second large scoop (under 3$ for scoop #2) of Fruity Fran (Fuji apples, seedless grapes, & pineapple) 2 strawberry lemonades, 2 pina colada pie slices. Pie taste like cheesecake with pineapple Chunks ~ really good. Large container filled with good lettuces, tomatoes, and side of poppyseed dressing and fitty cent dill pickle slices. I put the loaf of fresh baked White Mountain bread next to it for size comparison. All Under 22$"

"Upon entering the establishment it is very nice and fresh looking. The lady behind the counter explained the menu board and how to pick our sandwich combo. I ordered a Fruity Fran with a side of Mac n cheese. Presentation is fabulous. The little cookie was a pleasant surprise. My sandwich was dry and flavorless. The croissant was not a true flaky buttery croissant. Instead it had the texture of white bread and tasted like white bread. It might have been better if it could be toasted but I was informed they can not toast them. The chicken salad had no flavor. Even the pineapple had mild flavoring. I had no pieces of apple or grapes. The mac n cheese was hot but a tad dry and no flavor. It might be better to have a base chicken salad and then allow the customer to choose their items and create a salad they are craving? To have some rye bread, sourdough or pumpernickel? A few spices like garlic, celery salt and tarragon? I admire a small business that takes the initiative in todays market. Ack the cookie has a bio engineered ingredient????"
