"Messed up my order so badly. The pizza me and my boyfriend ordered was supposed to be all pepperoni and half onions but they put onions ALL OVER. I could not enjoy the delicious pizza because it was onion infected. My allergies could have acted up if I had not noticed. VERY VERY UPSEY CUSTOMER!"

"Ordered a whole combo deal. One pizza was semi burned and the other COMPLETELY BURNED. Called the store as soon as I got home to only be given the runaround on how to make up for my order, but nothing has been resolved yet. Been ordering here for years. Since I live close to it. Was given a lame excuse for the pizza being completely burned and with barely any cheese that they just got sold to new owners and this is why this happened, mind you I paid for the extra cheese and was given almost no cheese. Basically all sauce and burnt pies. I’m still waiting on the store manager to call me to correct their horror of food service, and yet no one has reached out to me. Definitely not ordering from here again. Going to stick to Pappa John’s. Will be reporting to the BBB for their lack of will to resolve my issue. After all, I paid in full for literally half of the whole combo meal and I paid online as I expected my issue to be resolved when I called and all that I was offered was: I will get your information to my manager and he will be reaching out to you tomorrow early as possible. I’m disappointed with this location. Will definitely spread the word so no one else would have to go through this experience."

"I noticed in the tracker that my pizza was delivered so I looked outside and it was nowhere to be found. I waited a little while since sometimes the tracker is off and after a while, I called the store.. the person that I spoke to today said that I needed to just wait even though it had already been 15 minutes since the tracker showed that my delivery was complete. I then got a phone call from a neighbor in my neighborhood that was five streets away stating that he had my order. He told me that he tried calling the delivery driver who was told to just keep the order the pizza was free. The neighbor then called the store and was told that it was delivered so just keep it. The neighbor then realized my phone number was on the pizza order box and that’s how he called me since we didn’t even know each other. I called the store again in the same person, answered and refuse to let me speak to a manager or get a refund. He was extremely rude to me and told me that it wasn’t their fault because the order was delivered…. Yeah, delivered five streets away from where I live to a neighbor I don’t even know who they were. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and I’ll be disputing the charge on my card. I’ve ordered from this location for many years, and I refuse to order from them again. I’ll make sure that the community is aware of this poor service so that no one orders from them."

"This is an example of customer service. I was having a "late" day and needed something quick an easy for lunch. Picked it up walking to the car mostly because of the way I was holding the box it opened enough and most of my pizza fell out. I went back to wash my hands and they made me a new one. I even told them it was probably my fault. Lunch was saved and my day got better!"
