"I ordered specifically food and confirmed with the employee. Food was not served like it was ordered. Then the answered was oh well I missed that. Also a fill up box ordered not on the right box. I understand they maybe ran out of boxes and everything was packed in multiple boxes but stuff was missed and no sauce was included."

"Wow!!! What happened to this Kentucky Fried Chicken 1924 E Irlo Bronson, Kissimmee Fl, it was my Favorite, but not anymore!!! With two in the line I waited 40 min. to be served, Chicken Tenders not well cooked soggy, Chicken Pieces (chicken breasts) tasted like fried with old oil, the soda machine all dirty with soda and ice, trash bins full to the limit and youngsters super noisy throwing each other with ketchup envelopes and food (no security). But overall more expensive than ever. Not my favorite fast food restaurant anymore! Sorry!"
"The worst KFC/Taco Bell ever. Always a wait. Most of the times have to use the drive thru because they are short staffed. KFC needs to pay their employees more if they want help at this location. Shame on them. It’s not the employees fault, but whoever owns this location should cough up some money and get some more employees. Cheap owners I’m sure. There is always a line out of compliance."
"Waiting for 15mins to pick up mobile order. Have to go through drive through. Then they said: 1/ they CAN’T make the order because they don’t have the material to make it. It’s okay. 2/ they CAN’T cancel the order because they don’t have the IPAD to cancel… ???? 3/ they can’t REFUND. Have to call customer support. ???? Tried to call customer support for refund with “NO HOPE”, because no one answer."
