"Be aware! A teacher hit my daughter… and according to them the security cameras did not work this day…"

"To whom it may concern, My daughter recently attended The Learning Preschool now almost 2 years, Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. First off I want to start by mentioning that the last month I have witnessed bad behavior from teacher's in that daycare towards children, for example yelling and screaming at a crying child, that I personally know her aunt. I have other parents telling me how their children as well get yelled at and to me that is verbal abuse, and not a proper way to go about dealing with a child, no matter how troubled they may be, there is proper training like removing the child out of the room and sitting to talk with them and finding out the issue. My daughter has informed me that children hit her, kids have touched her privates, and teachers have been rude, yelled at her and denied her food, sounds like bullying and such a bad place right. Imagine how I'm starting to feel. As a parent im beyond frustrated being that this is a school that I have confide in and have trusted in. And as a parent why would I have to change my child, I've complained to the school owner/director so many times. It seems to just be more of an issue. These children have voices, and should not be treated so badly. Like my child reported today 11/21/2019 that the teacher was very rude, yelled in her face and did not provide her lunch. Why should I change school, alot of your funding is from the government and this needs action. Asap. Me changing my child would not change the treatment to other children. Since I've complained I have noticed less yelling, but then again my child tells me this and comes home with her full lunch. This needs to be resolved, as soon as possible. And my child needs better treatment. If this treatment continues I will have to take this further, its not that I don't know how, its that I want this to change. And stop causing stress to myself by seeing my child really giving me a hard time about her school. Fix it. My child should not be nervous to go there or hate a mean teacher, or have elementary kids hit her or have other children touch her privates, or be denied her lunch. I would like to see changes in this school, and teachers with a better attitude. Now on 12/11/2019 my child was held back from going on a field trip, while her whole class went. The owner Cecilia lied and told me only few kids went, after talking to parents all the kids were on the bus. They kept my child in the school crying all day. Shantell one of the teachers that I made a compliant about her verbal and physical abuse towards children purposely did not take my child. Actions need to be taken on this daycare and they need to be investigated on the abuse towards children. I removed my child as of today and will be looking for legal aid assistance and taking further actions."

"Before I ever had a kid my little brother and sister in law use to come to this school and they loved it plus when their two older siblings went there years back they’ve said the same so now I think this school would be great for place for my daughter which is the niece to all three Ariana Dominic and Amaya but the daughter of Ralph and I really want to know how can I go by signing her up this week .?"
