"I’m soo disappointed, my boys graduated Pre-Kindergarten here and are currently in 4th grade. With this said when my daughter asked where I thought my grand daughter should go for daycare, I did not hesitate and told her this would have been the place for the best care for her. I learned Nilda the previous owner sold but I thought maybe it was still the same… NOT AT ALL!!! My first time picking up and my first interaction with the DIRECTOR was the worst I wanted to slap her!!! I showed up with my boys they were so excited to enter and see if their old teachers were still there. They were greeted at the door with attitude by this DIRECTOR and once I got around the car to go in she took her nasty attitude towards me as well. I just wanted to grab my grand daughter and run but we noticed one of their old teachers was actually one of the ones taking care of my grand daughter so I was happy. So for the next week whenever that DIRECTOR addressed me I simply ignored her. Her vibe is horrible. One day I came after 4:30 and the girls didn’t even know whom I was asking for and brought me someone else’s child. Yesterday afternoon was the last draw… my daughter FaceTime’d me and was crying!!! She picked up my grand baby and witnessed this DIRECTOR yell and mistreat a young girl whom needed to use the restroom. I’m not going to go into a personal background in regards to my daughter but let me just say my grand baby is her first miracle!!! For her to see the way this ARROGANT woman treated this innocent baby the way she did, just infuriated her and then had to wait 20 minutes to retrieve my grand baby. She will not be bringing her back!!!! We’re not sure who’s little girl it was but while the DIRECTOR was yelling at her she was on the way to the restroom but was having a little trouble (my daughter asked for someone to help her) and the DIRECTOR bluntly said that she knew how to do it on her own. The little girl ended up peeing on herself and the DIRECTOR responded in such a horrible way called her stupid and yelled at her to go change herself. These women were on their phones and didn’t give a damn!!!! I WILL NEVER BE REFERRING ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!"

"If you love your child please don’t bring them here. The way I saw the director talk and treated someone else child today made me highly upset! My daughter been only attending here for 2 weeks and will not be back. This place doesn’t care for the children only about making money and it’s extremely unfair to those innocent babies."

"this review is mainly to the bus driver who picks up the kids from Hollywood Park Elementary. This lady is in a constant rush . I have seen her many times speeding in Johnson street during dismissal when the speed limit is 15mph. She cuts parents or whom ever is in her way when entering the school. Terrible driver! Don’t know how she is in charge of driving kids under such conditions."

"My son has been attending here since he was 8 weeks. I was so nervous but they treat him so good and have since day 1. I liked it so much I started bringing my son and daughter for weekend care because I work at a restraunt so I needed the weekend care. They are very flexible and work with me. My son is always clean and happy when I come and my daughter who is 8 always has fun here!"
