Romano's Macaroni Grill

"We had a good meal. The music was very loud during dinner. We were seated right away. Hist was nice. Our server was fine. Not great but mostly got things done. The bread was okay. OK, I can't say there was something wrong with it. Other reviewers have said stale, but the inside was moist, I guess I just didn't care for it. Nor did my husband. We did eat a few bites. The oil and seasoning was fine. It could use a little extra seasoning. My Pasta was very good. I ordered the make your own Pasta $18 and then added 2 meats for $7. My husband had the Mama's trio. I believe that was 22 or 23. The pastas were cooked nicely not too soft. I did request it to be aldente and it was cooked very close to that. I did need some extra sauce. But by the time our waitress came back to check on us after food had been served, I was about done with what I will be eating for the time.we were ready for our bill and to go boxes."

"We didn't have reservations, so we went to the bar for our short wait. I wasn't impressed with the bartender at all. He seemed a bit pretentious. I ordered a double shot of tequila and my wife ordered a diet coke...it was$25!!! As I said, our wait was short. The hosts were very friendly and our waitress, Cheryl, was incredibly helpful, nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir. It was $34 for the bottle and wasn't that great. A screw top bottle of wine should NEVER be $34. I ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs and my wife ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. Both dishes were plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for their food, but do your alcohol consumption elsewhere, it's extortionate here. At the end of the day, it's just an upper class Olive Garden. I do recommend this location and I also recommend that you ask for Cheryl as your server."

"Worst experience ever. When we were seated, everything was visibly dirty (Utensils, plates, and wine glasses). Appetizers were bland. The food order was wrong. It's like our server Lamya didn't really give a damn about the accuracy of our order or us in general. She came to our table 4 times. Get our drink order, food order, bring us oil and vinegar for our bread that she didn't bring to us, and to have us pay for our meal. We never received one refill, and we sat in here for over an hour. My wife's steak came out well-done and then rare. The third time, the charm but it was flavorless. Crazy thing we were celebrating our daughter's 13th birthday, and this was where she wanted to go. Sad thing about it, she doesn't want to come back ever again. Oh, and Lamya, if you're not cut out for customer service, I suggest you find another job more your speed to where you're not dealing with people as much. Oh, and thank you to the manager who came out to fix the order, bring us the bread, take the steak off our bill, and getting my daughter the new style cheesecake for her birthday."

"My friend and I had the waiter Shannon and what a great server he was! Best service i have ever received and he made my birthday dinner one to remember. The sweetest guy and kindest heart and a joy to talk to. He definitely deserves a raise for his great people skills. Would definitely come back just to have him as a server. #WELOVESHANNON"

"The food was a little on the salty side. We came in on a Friday at noon time. There were 3 other tables being served. Our waitress did a great job. The bread was also a little stale, and the oil & herbs were very lacking."
