"The quality has gone downhill. The chicken I got was so over breaded I couldn’t even tell what it was when I picked up a wing. I was surprised when I pulled the breading apart and found a wing. The rest was so bad we threw 90% of it away. Won’t be back."

"I ordered 2 of the Two piece chicken boxesand paid for two breasts in each box and got one breast and one wing also they didn’t give me the biscuit s in either one either and they don’t answer their phone so you can contact them, I was going once a week their but not any more as I tried the next day and they still don’t answer phone so they lost a good customer, poorest customer service ever"

"Truly hit or miss! Rarely go to KFC anymore because the quality has declined a lot. My most recent visit was horrible. Ordered a family meal and missing pieces of chicken. Ordered extra crispy and it was falling apart and soggy, and the biscuits were hard. The only thing that tasted good was the coleslaw."
