"Food is good, but their online ordering system is terrible. I’ve ordered online about 5 times and every single time has been inaccurate in terms of timing. Today we ordered and it said it would be ready in 20-30 mins, it was ready in 10 mins. Makes it very difficult to plan when to leave to go pickup, and this is the third time I’ve had to go pick up cold bagels because of their inaccurate website. If you’re going to order online, recommend ordering from the parking lot and just waiting."
