Burger King

"They ignore customers at the counter. My family and I stopped here for lunch, as we have done on several occasions. I placed my order at one of the two kiosks, which was convenient until I selected "pay at counter" instead of swiping a card or otherwise paying electronically. Despite the fact that I was standing in the middle of the counter, looking right at the employees, no one even looked in my direction. After 5 minutes of waiting to pay for my order, I gave up and we left. I guess they don't have time for cash, or are just disinterested at what a customer waiting at their counter might want. You are on your own if you have a problem with your order or need some ketchup. I won't be back, but if you decide to eat here, go through the drive through to get your food and then go inside. They appear to care about drive through orders, at least."

"Much like everyone else here, going through the drive thru at this particular BK takes about 10x as long as any other drive thru restaurant in the world I've ever been to. 25 minutes for a burger, fries and Coke, not kidding. People were leaving the line the wait was so long. I cannot believe someone, somewhere isn't reading these reviews and doing something about it. Guess a large corporation such as BK doesn't care. Will not be back ever again."

"For this restaurant to be a new location and in an up coming neighborhood, It is absolutely horrible. Slowest service ever! Incompetent worker and systems. Anytime you come here expect to be in the drive thru 15-25 minutes even if no one is here. The only reason I come is if I cannot talk my grandson into goi g somewhere else. Then when you come sometime the system is down and you have to leave. Close this restaurant and save money or hire a new team. Workers stand around and talk. Hang out the back doors. I am so angry I even have this place my business."

"Placed order on app. Stood in lobby for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Main item I wanted was frozen coke, which was not available due to machine not holding pressure. Very rude manager asked what I wanted instead. I told her to just refund the frozen coke, which she said I would have to do in app, but that I would have to refund entire order then reorder the whopper and fries. I told her I didn't want the food now after all, since it had been sitting for over 10 minutes and would be cold. When I mentioned that no one, including her, acknowledged me she just rudely advised me that they are in a "Shift change". No wonder BKs are closing everywhere....."

"I was a big fan of Burger King as a kid but the last couple of years it really feels like they fell off. Today however, I decided to give it a go with my brother to try the new Spider Verse items. Today genuinely felt like a comeback to me. The food was great, it came as fast, and the service was exceptional. Barbara was just so sweet and really gave the place personality. This location also felt exceptionally clean. Definitely will be coming again. Thank you!"
