"The food didn't taste fresh, the fries taste as if they had been sitting. They want hot, but kinda warm, but more close to being cool. Three "sweet tea" tasted like flavored water. It's getting very annoying to have to deal with issues like these often. Which is the reason I've cut back on eating out. It tends to not be work the risk and bad experience."
"When they first opened, the service was great, though a little slow, the food was accurate and fresh. I eventually tried the app to order ahead, but I still waited 30 minutes once I got there, even though it had you pick a time for pick up, and the order was placed an hour ahead. Past few times, I've the orders were either incorrect or missing something. Yesterday, 1.4.24 around 8pm, we ordered BBQ whatawings, and we got Buffalo. There is no ranch dipping sauce in the bag and no apple pie. Might be time to retrain staff. If you stop by, make sure you check your bags before you leave."

"Two drive through lanes. One lane they processed three orders before they got to our lane. We were at the microphone before the second and third car in the other lane. Ended up going inside to order. 2 customers inside. When we received the order not everything was in the bag. Painful."
"I love a good number 1 WHATASIZE! They make the burgers exactly how I like it. But just fyi no ketchup or mayonnaise comes on them! I know that might be a deal breaker for some. For me, it’s perfection!"
