"If you don't like your job, then find something else. The server was definitely unfriendly. He acted as anything we needed was an inconvenience to him. The place wasn't busy so I'm not quite sure why he didn't have time to wait on us? The soup was barely there because it was full of cheese & chip toppings. The entree was fine. The service was lacking!"
"Horrible service and overall experience - my family arrived and hostess lazily showed us our seat with barely any sort of welcome. From the point my family was seated, we waited over 20 minutes and decided to leave when not a single waiter or waitress came to our table to take even our drink orders. We finally left after the waitress went to the other tables with people who arrived several minutes after we arrived. The chili's sign wasn't even on. Terrible experience all around. Will not be visiting again in the future."
"I used to go to this Chili's all the time. It all the sudden in the last year or two is really gone. Downhill. The food has gone downhill. The service was great. Atmosphere is fine. The food just is gone downhill. It was cold not done especially the chicken wings. Couldn't eat them. But great staff"
"As we all know service at Chilis can be hit or miss. Because of this I always go to the bar, that's my trick to always get the best service. The young lady who waited on me was excellent and new. Regarding the food, I only had appetizers but Chill S does those great so no complaints. Always honest opinions-Felicia"
