"12/16/2023: As usual the food was good, and a reasonably priced. The waiter in shorts is doing a great job, he was waiter, busboy, and caring for every other table as they were his own. Don’t know his name but he’s doing a great job. As for the new Manager with the tight pants, he did a great job parading back and forth but he’s apparently not familiar with the customer service industry. We asked him for a bag of ice that never came. Shortly after another young lady with a pink shirt was going around making sure everything was okay. She appeared to be another shift Manager, and was very friendly and concerned. Our waitress had beautiful long blond hair, but spent most of the time out of reach from any of her tables and was not very engaging? The place is in desperate need of a good Manager. There were few servers and too many ladies in front counter, the wait time was ridiculous, and they blamed it on to go orders? The Manager was nowhere to be seen, while the blond girl in the front desk reprimanded the girls upfront. The food was good but the server was really inexperienced, and it was difficult to enjoy the meal. Being a Holiday Weekend the place was full for a Monday Night, but even though there were several employees the service was very mediocre. It may be that the usual Manager guiding the servers was nowhere to be seen. We asked for several simple things ( plate, napkins, water, basket for bones ), and were told yes but ignored by several people. There were 3 girls at entrance just talking to each other, while people were looking around for help. It may be a scheduling issue, but it’s something to keep in mind when Holidays come along?"
