"These people are absolutely the worst. I thought the reviews weren’t that honest but I have to see it for myself. The prices are super expensive for the subways compare to other subways, and on top of that they they charge you extra and they don’t even give you something I did not order of a fountain drink and they charge me for it but because the subway was $12 that’s how they do instead of doing a custom-made job for it on top of that they don’t put that much items on the sandwich very lackluster very quick they don’t even look you in the eye very fast. Just trying to get rid of you for a very over expensive undertaste sandwich.bad place to eat. But good thing there are two more subways. I can go on to on Krome Avenue."
"The service was poor. It took for ever to get someone to the counter to help us. The new young lady kept asking us like 5 times what type of sandwich ?? We wondered if she had Dementia. Why did she kept asking? And only spoke Spanish"
"Employees are rude they look at you like they dont understand what you're saying, aren't following their training they are not welcoming you into the store, They're not changing their gloves every order. They're walking around with the same gloves on picking things up off the ground, wiping their gloves on their clothes on their pants. It's disgusting, I hope the health department pays them a visit. If you dont want to get food poisoning, get a sub at Publix where they follow the rules on preparing food."
