"I understand running a restaurant means serving food. Today I discovered how he that commitment is honored. Some of the employees make it their entire personality making their way of being come off as conceited. I'm saying when you hire people, something for instance like how my I take your order shouldn't be the only phrase known up their knowledge. It shows in how their attitude lands for their customers. At times showing episodes of communicating "I'm better than you", when in actuality if I read thier job description. Acting like you're above your customers I don't think is mentioned anywhere in the description. What that tells me is the qualifications in applying being here uncharacteristically bare minimum when you bring people in that don't do well with directions if they can't be followed well. Yet quick to treat people at a level even lower than that, without realizing getting their has to come by judging someone on premises primarily revolving around appearance. Interactions become less and less human"

"The manager is racist toward black people, very rude guy. He hung up on me over the phone and then lied about it when I called again. Claimed he answered another call, right in the middle of me talking. Took 30+ minutes to cook a burger and they didn’t have more than 20 people in that dining room. As for the food, very dry burger very very disappointed complete waste of time and money but lesson learned. If I was gonna spend $20 on a burger I should’ve went to five guys, at least I would enjoy it."

"Man I forgot to take pictures and that's one thing that I love to do. But anyways I think I've been here in the past maybe like 9 years ago. but this week I came here on a Saturday with my friend. and let me tell you I am very picky about ribs. Now they have the best ribs hands down .I got the ribs and the chicken wings 10 out of 10 .my friend got a burger that's highlighted on the menu he said that was so delicious 10 out of 10. I can't think of the waitress name I think her name was something like Shaniqua. Sorry if I'm butchering her name. a very beautiful African-American lady. She was so sweet so nice just made the whole experience even better. Everything that she recommended was 10 out of 10 . It's always nice when you get someone that really likes their job and that is very attentive to the customers needs. I definitely recommend this place and I definitely recommend you get the ribs and I almost forgot the onion rings those were good too."

"We walked in the door. Stood there for about a minute waiting to be greeted. A man greeted us with "Can I help you?" like we walked into his house without knocking. We said dinner, which he told us to go to the upper dining area and seat ourselves. Katie our waitress was very polite and helpful despite having to tend to a large group of about 12 customers. Young man brings out our food. No enjoy your meal or did we need anything else. Just walked away. My fish was slightly overcooked. I mentioned to this to our waitress. I told her that it's fine, just may want to mention to the cooks that they might want to watch the cook time in the future. 2 mins later this lady walks up to our table and asks how is the food. No introduction. So I assumed she is either a supervisor or manager but no idea. I stated the same issue about my food being overcooked. No I'm sorry to hear that or do want something else. Her excuse was "we don't make the batter, just put in the fryer." ?? What does that have to do with my food being overcooked? As she saying this is walking away from us like she couldn't be bothered with me or my issue. Looking for poor customer service and mediocre food. This is the place for you. I definitely will not be eating her again. I wish Katie all the best."
