"The last 2 times we ate from there, we got food poisoning. The food is not very well cooked. The service is excellent & the atmosphere is inviting, & laid back. We always ordered General Tso's Chicken with chicken fried rice. The chicken inside the rice looks like it's been boiled instead of fried & the Tso's Chicken is hard & has a weird slimy texture. Then it's covered by a huge amount of orange "stuff", that's not spicy at all."
"Stopped here for the first time over lunch! I was a little hesitant based on other reviews but I had an excellent experience!! The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the speed was super quick! We tried the general taos lunch special and the cashew chicken lunch special. Both came with rice and an egg roll. VERY reasonably priced. I have had such a hard time finding a good Chinese spot in Naples, and I’m so excited to say this is my new go-to! Certainly try it out if you’re in the area!!"
"We got egg foo young combo. Paid a 3.50 upcharge for lo mein. Didn't realize lo mein was gonna be plain. Order of chicken wings (6). The wings did not resemble a wing, they looked like a ball of fried batter, and were dry. dry. We were told to call and they would make it right."
"My overall experience is actually a 3 and a half star. I ordered boneless ribs dinner combo and the rice choices are steamed white rice or fried rice. I’ve been so used to choosing pork fried rice on combo meals that I was shocked that it was literally just fried rice. And if you want pork fried rice instead, it’s not a fifty cent charge or a dollar charge….it’s a $4 dollar upgrade charge. The boneless ribs were really good. And the food was really hot…just like I like it. Again, I enjoyed it but my expectations wasn’t met as far as the rice option."
"Great customer service very friendly ladies. Delivery lady super nice. Professional restaurant attire. Food probably the best in Naples. House special fried rice, wonton soup, chicken and broccoli , general TSO chicken delicious. The food is fresh! Little pricey but I feel it’s worth it whoever the chef is keep up the good work! Ordered 3 times in 1.5 months."
