"The Grand Buffet offers a spacious dining area, but unfortunately, the decor and atmosphere fall short of expectations. While the food is merely average, the real disappointment lies in the customer service. I encountered an issue where they discarded my initial receipt, and then pressured me to sign a second receipt with a specific recommended tip amount. While tipping is voluntary and based on your experience, I don’t think it’s right to ask for more tips. Not the best experience overall."
"A great variety of tasty Asian style food. Only the servers are rude, I wrote some amount of tips and when our server saw that, she was telling us that we should leave more (and as I can see in other reviews, it’s happening often)"
"Only giving it one star so that I can leave a review, I was there a few weeks ago and the only thing the server did was bring us drinks and never bothered to refill our drinks and I’m the type of person that keeps a table clean while eating and plates stacked and so did my kids and once we were done the server brought our bill and I was tipping her a $20 for tip for 4 people for about an hour that we were there and she demanded a higher tip and didn’t let us leave until we gave her another $20. This is the last time I eat in that place and for those who aren’t aware than now you know that they will demand you to tip them what they want and not what you think the service they gave deserved"
"Service was good and prices were cheap. Good range of food to eat from but it was greasy and tasted weird with the exception of the muscles and seafood, according to my family."
"Hair found in food. 145pm on 9/1/2023 see picture complained to waitress still waiting 20 min food was cold and nasty. Noticing none of the kitchen workers are wearing hair nets.. they refused to refund any meal NEVER WILL II COME BACK I will report this to the County health dept.."
